Reporting and disclosure

  • Stewardship reporting

We are a global leader in helping investors find strategic value in stewardship. We help investors to produce stewardship reports, aligned with national frameworks such as the UK Stewardship Code. We aim to go beyond box-ticking by working with clients to help them find value in stewardship activities including setting clear objectives and building capacity for impact and future reporting.

  • PRI reporting and assessment

We help PRI signatories to complete their annual reporting and assessment responses, to manage data collection for this process and to understand the scoring system, to build capacity for future improvement.

  • TCFD and ISSB reporting

We help financial institutions to report on climate risk using the TCFD (Taskforce for Climate-related Financial Disclosure) framework and in line with the ISSB (International Sustainability Standards Board) and national regulations. We aim to empower responsible investment teams to fully understand and investigate their exposure to increased climate risks and help to set strategies to manage that risk and generate positive impacts.

  • TNFD reports

We help investors to assess nature-related risks in their portfolio and to report using the framework recommended by the Taskforce for Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD). This can include conducting a LEAP (locate, evaluate, assess and repair) assessment and looking at nature-positive strategies and impacts.

  • Investor impact reports

We help asset owners and investment managers produce sustainable investment and impact reports to show stakeholders how they put responsible investment into practice.

  • Net zero reporting and support

We work with signatories to the Net Zero Asset Owners, and Net Zero Asset Managers initiatives and other related programmes to help report in line with appropriate frame works such as the Net Zero Investment Framework or SBTi. We aim to help clients to fully understand and investigate these frameworks, and to build their capacity to implement climate strategies and report independently.
